As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminders through our OWL case management system which can be set up to send an email reminder and/or text reminder. Although we have appointment reminders, it is your responsibility to ensure you keep track of any upcoming appointments. There can be other arrangements made to move your appointment or reschedule which will depend on your therapist’s availability.
Your appointments and your well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 1-week’s notice.
Because we value your time, we do not double book our clients. As such, your appointment is a valuable time that our team has set aside especially for you. For cancellations made with less than a week’s notice, a 50% charge may apply. For cancellations, no-shows or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee may be charged.
