Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to fall into the habit of distracting ourselves from the challenges we face. Over time, this can lead to feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from those we care about, and from a sense of purpose. You may feel stuck, weighed down by fear or self-doubt, and unsure how to move forward. Yet deep down, you long to feel more grounded, to rebuild meaningful relationships, and to rediscover a sense of direction and confidence in your life.
With over twenty years of experience in community work, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin to move toward meaningful change. My integrative therapeutic approach draws from emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and experiential methods. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or navigating relationship challenges, I aim to help you reconnect—with yourself and with those who matter most. As your insight deepens, you’ll begin to take small, intentional steps toward lasting transformation.
I work with individuals (17+) and couples, and I bring both professional and academic experience to our work together. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations & Spirituality from Saint Paul University and am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling & Spirituality, specializing in Couples and Family Therapy.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we’ll work to uncover your inner strengths, build deeper connections, and create a more fulfilling and empowered life. If you’re ready to take the first step toward change, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to meeting you soon!
