Clinical Supervision in Nepean, Ontario with Jessica Ng
Guidance, Growth, and Support for Your Professional Journey.
Relational Harmony Therapy is pleased to offer clinical supervision positions for qualifying professionals and Master’s-level clinical students. Jessica Ng meets the requirements set by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) to provide clinical supervision. Relational Harmony Therapy clinic is also an approved practicum location for Yorkville University students. Jessica offers supervision for professionals working with individuals and couples, integrating EFT, PACT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing modalities.
Individual supervision is designed to support supervisors in meeting competency requirements for their chosen credential while expanding their scope of practice in areas of interest that align with Jessica’s expertise. Jessica takes a collaborative approach, fostering a safe and supportive environment where supervisors can explore their professional growth.
Dyadic supervision involves a team of three – Jessica and two supervisors – creating a collaborative learning environment. This format helps build clinical competence through case discussions and by observing and learning from colleagues’ experiences. Dyadic supervision incorporates all foundational aspects of individual supervision while encouraging peer collaboration. Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on CRPO status, and may be one or two hours long.
Group supervision provides an alternative way to meet required supervision hours for registration while benefiting from shared learning experiences. These 2-hour group sessions accommodate a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring that each attendee has sufficient time to explore clinically relevant topics and maximize the effectiveness of the supervision experience.
Our center has provided internship opportunities to Yorkville University, Athabasca University and St Paul’s University.
For those interested in working with couples and families, you will need to have completed coursework and provide certification for EFT.
In the case you are interested please send your resume and cover letter to info@relationalharmonytherapy.com. Our administrative team will provide further instructions for completion of the application process.
Clinical supervision is an essential component of professional development, providing a structured and supportive environment for growth, learning and enhanced clinical competence.
