Reaching out for therapy can feel like one of the hardest steps to take. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain about the future, or simply exhausted from trying to carry everything on your own. It’s also completely normal to wonder whether therapy is right for you or where to even begin.
My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your experiences, building on your strengths, and developing practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa after earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I also hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education and have several years of experience working with children, youth, and families in educational and community settings. Through these experiences, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
