At times, life can feel heavy with persistent worries, intrusive thoughts, or difficult emotions such as sadness, anger, or grief. You may notice yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, feeling stuck or disconnected from who you are and from those around you, while still yearning for relief, connection, and a clearer path forward. You might be looking to make sense of your inner experiences, understand what may be holding you back from your goals, regain a sense of control, and strengthen your confidence in everyday life and relationships. Reaching out and beginning the process of healing takes courage, and you deserve the opportunity to move ahead with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of peace.
I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. My work is grounded in empathy, understanding, and collaboration, supporting you at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we create a safe space where you can explore your experiences, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges. I support you in making sense of the past, connecting it to the present, and moving forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. I bring diverse life and professional experiences, both within and outside of mental health settings, to support adults from all walks of life. I am also passionate about supporting teens (ages 13–17) as they face the unique challenges at this stage of life while preparing for greater autonomy and independence.
Through our work together, you may begin to feel more understood, grounded, and in control, with greater clarity and confidence in your daily life and relationships. Taking the first step is a brave choice. If you’re ready, book a free 20-minute consultation today to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
